Our Assets in the First Half of the Year
We have achieved our projected goals and consolidated the company’s assets through our first strategic acquisition, establishing ourselves as the owners of the first digital notarisation solution and securing a position in the international market.
This asset will be licensed to a third-party company in order to safeguard our corporate assets, as we will not engage in any direct commercial activity. The licensee is already building its sales network and has brought its notarisation services into full compliance with the eIDAS Regulation (EU Regulation No. 910/2014 on electronic Identification, Authentication, and Trust Services), which establishes a common legal framework for electronic identification and trust services, ensuring secure, fast, and efficient digital transactions across Europe.
The project will be rolled out primarily in Italy, where the strength of the “Made in Italy” brand carries the greatest significance.
